Tata Sierra EV launch live highlights: Launched at Rs 18.79 lakh, offers 665km claimed range

Tata Motors has launched the electric avatar of the Sierra at Rs 18.79 lakh (ex-showroom) and goes up to Rs 24.79 lakh (ex-showroom). The Sierra EV comes with two battery packs: 63kWh and 75kWh. The 75kWh battery has a claimed range of 665km on a single charge.

Tata Motors has launched the Sierra EV in India at a starting price of Rs 18.79 lakh, with prices going up to Rs 24.79 lakh (ex-showroom), AWD version is available for an extra Rs 1.2 lakh on the Empowered A variant. The electric SUV is available with two battery pack options: 63kWh and 75kWh with the larger battery offering a claimed range of up to 665km on a single charge. As Tata's seventh electric vehicle, the Sierra EV is built on the brand's new acti.ev+ architecture and comes with the option of a dual-motor all-wheel-drive setup, along with a host of modern features, connected technology and premium equipment.

Charger and installation will cost extra
