A 36-year-old software engineer reportedly drowned after jumping into a lake after accusing his wife of multiple affairs. He left a 19-page note, claiming his wife had affairs with three men.

A 36-year-old software engineer died by suicide in Hyderabad by jumping into a lake and leaving behind a 19-page note in which he accused his wife of having multiple affairs. According to local media, the victim jumped into the Hussain Sagar lake and drowned.
According to preliminary information, 36-year-old Seetharam wrote that he was taking the extreme step due to marital discord, accusing his wife Renuka of having affairs with three men. In the note, he claimed she had been involved with three men over the past one-and-a-half years.
He also alleged that one of the men recorded private moments with Renuka and that the footage was later circulated on Instagram by a person identified as Ramana.
Seetharam wrote in the note that he became aware of the alleged affairs only after coming across the videos online, an experience he said caused him severe emotional distress.
He also claimed that one of the individuals had visited his home multiple times when he was not present.
In the note, Seetharam expressed feelings of betrayal, stating that he had cared for his wife and provided for her but felt deeply hurt by the alleged actions described.
Police have registered a case and launched an investigation. Officials said the authenticity of the suicide note, along with the allegations of the victim's wife's affairs and circulation of her private videos, will be verified as part of the inquiry.
