A woman was injured after a herd of wild boars collided with her scooter on Palode Peringala road on August 8 in Thiruvananthapuram. The victim, Nisa from Peringammala, was returning home when the incident occurred in the afternoon. She was admitted to the Medical College for treatment. Locals noted that while wild boar attacks are common at night, such incidents in daylight are rare.
