NEET UG 2026 re-exam admit card by June 14, old hall ticket invalid
The National Testing Agency will release the NEET UG 2026 re-exam admit card before the June 21 test. The update is crucial for over 22 lakh candidates as earlier hall tickets stand invalid and fresh documents are mandatory.

The wait is nearly over for over 22 lakh NEET UG 2026 aspirants as the National Testing Agency (NTA) prepares to release the re-exam admit card soon. The exam, scheduled for June 21, 2026, will be held from 2:00 pm to 5:15 pm after the earlier test held on May 3 was cancelled.
The cancellation followed an investigation by the Rajasthan Special Operations Group (SOG), which confirmed alleged irregularities. The re-exam has since become one of the most closely watched entrance tests in the country.
KEY DATE TO REMEMBER
NTA has confirmed that the NEET UG 2026 re-exam admit card will be released by June 14, 2026. Candidates had earlier received their city intimation slip on June 7, which provided exam centre location details.
Importantly, the admit card issued on April 26 is no longer valid and will not be accepted at any exam centre.

NTA has clarified that admit cards will not be sent by post or email. Candidates are advised not to rely on third-party links or social media sources.
WHAT TO CARRY ON NEET RE-EXAM DAY
Along with the admit card, candidates must carry:
A self-declaration undertaking
Recent passport-size or postcard-size photograph
Valid photo ID proof
All documents will be verified at the exam centre before entry. Incomplete or damaged admit cards will not be accepted.
SECURITY TIGHTENED AFTER CONTROVERSY
This year’s re-exam comes with heightened security measures following the paper leak controversy. According to reports, question papers will be transported under strict supervision, including the use of Indian Air Force aircraft, and delivered directly to exam centres.
If candidates find errors in their admit cards, they must contact the NTA helpline immediately. However, they will still be allowed to appear for the exam, with corrections updated later by the agency.
