The National Testing Agency (NTA) has announced that the provisional answer key for the University Grants Commission National Eligibility Test (UGC NET) June 2026 will be released this week.
NTA has issued a notification regarding the release of the provisional answer key. Once released, candidates will be able to check the UGC NET June 2026 answer key on the official website, ugcnet.nta.nic.in.
The agency is also expected to release provisional answer keys for the Council of Scientific and Industrial Research National Eligibility Test (CSIR-NET), ICAR All India Entrance Examination for Admission Postgraduate (ICAR AIEEA PG), and ICAR All India Competitive Examination for Junior Research Fellowship/Senior Research Fellowship (Doctoral) [ICAR AICE-JRF/SRF PhD].
Candidates will be able to check the respective answer keys and, where applicable, raise objections within the stipulated deadline once the keys are released.

Step 1: Visit the official website, ugcnet.nta.nic.in.
Step 2: On the homepage, click on the link that reads ‘UGC NET 2026 Provisional Answer Key’.
Step 3: A new page will appear on the screen.
Step 4: Check the provisional answer key and raise objections, if any.
