UGC-NET June 2026 schedule out, exams begin on June 22
The National Testing Agency has released the subject-wise schedule for UGC-NET June 2026. With city slips due 8 to 10 days earlier, candidates can now plan around their exam shifts.

The National Testing Agency (NTA) has announced the subject-wise schedule for the UGC-NET June 2026 examination. The test will be conducted in Computer-Based Test (CBT) mode from June 22 to June 30.
According to the official notification, examinations will be held in two shifts each day. The first shift will run from 9 am to 12 noon, while the second shift will take place from 3 pm to 6 pm.
More than 80 subjects have been scheduled across five examination days, covering disciplines ranging from Political Science and Commerce to Computer Science, History, Psychology and Economics.
CITY SLIPS NEXT, ADMIT CARDS TO FOLLOW
NTA has informed candidates that exam city intimation slips will be released around eight to ten days before the examination date.
This means candidates appearing on June 22 can expect their city allotment details between June 12 and June 14. Admit cards will be released separately closer to the examination.
Candidates have been advised to check all details carefully once released, including exam city, shift timing and subject code.
