CBSE has started releasing the results of Class 12 applications submitted for verification of marks, obtaining photocopies of evaluated answer books, and re-evaluation of answers.

The board said that the results are being declared in phases to ensure that all applications are processed carefully. On the first day itself, CBSE released the outcomes of more than 87 per cent of the total applications received from students across the country.

The remaining applications are currently under process and their results will be released in the coming phases. CBSE said the entire exercise is expected to be completed shortly.

Students who had applied for any of these facilities can check the status of their applications through the DigiLocker results portal, where they can also check their updated marksheets.

"Today, the results of around 87% of candidates who have applied for Re-evaluation and/or Verification of Issues observed have been declared. The outcomes for the remaining candidates will also be released in phases and the entire process is expected to be completed soon," reads the CBSE official release.

The board has advised students to regularly visit the official platforms for updates instead of relying on information shared through unofficial sources.

The verification and re-evaluation process is an important step for students who wish to review their results after the declaration of board examination scores. Through verification of marks, students can request a review of the total marks awarded.

Those seeking greater clarity can also obtain photocopies of their evaluated answer books before applying for re-evaluation of specific answers.

According to CBSE, every application has been processed through a transparent and closely monitored system. The board said multiple checks are in place to ensure fairness, accuracy and consistency during the review process.

The board also cautioned students and parents against rumours and unverified claims circulating on social media. It urged them to depend only on official CBSE communications for information related to results, mark verification and re-evaluation.

CBSE further said that its regional offices and support systems remain available to guide students during the process. Students facing difficulties while accessing their results or seeking clarification can approach the board through the designated channels.

"The post-result Services platform functioned under the supervision of technical experts from the Digital India Corporation, IIT Kanpur and IIT Madras who supported the CBSE team to safeguard the system," reads CBSE release.

The phased release of results comes as thousands of students await updates on their applications following the declaration of Class 12 board examination results. CBSE said it remains committed to maintaining transparency and ensuring that every request is handled with due care.
