Taylor Swift's 'first wedding photos' go viral, fans aren't convinced
A purported first wedding photo of Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce surfaced online after the JusT&T Married announcement. Fans questioned whether the image was real, while some suggested it may have been AI-generated.

Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce's wedding has already produced its first viral moment, and it isn't the ceremony itself. A photo claiming to show the newlyweds moments after saying "I do", and several others from the ceremony, have taken over social media, with fans split over one question: Are they real, or AI-generated?
The image from the altar began circulating online shortly after the "JusT&T Married" announcement confirmed that Swift and Kelce had married at Madison Square Garden. While thousands of fans quickly shared the photograph, others questioned its authenticity, pointing to telltale signs that it could have been created using artificial intelligence. The image has not been independently verified.

The viral picture appears to show Swift in a white bridal ball gown and veil, walking hand in hand with Kelce, who is dressed in a classic black tuxedo. The pair seem to be making their way through a candlelit venue lined with elaborate floral arrangements, surrounded by cheering guests. Swift is seen carrying a drink, while another appears to be tucked around Kelce's arm, adding to the candid feel of the image.
Officially, the couple wore custom Christian Dior Haute Couture for their wedding. In a statement, Dior said the ensembles were "designed by Jonathan Anderson, Creative Director of Dior Women's, Men's and Haute Couture Collections, in close collaboration with the Bride and Groom".
The fashion house also confirmed that the couple's shoes were custom-made by Christian Louboutin, while Swift completed her bridal look with Cartier jewellery.
Several other images from the wedding celebrations have also gone viral, including a couple of them that show Swift, dressed in her bridal attire, holding a drink while gazing out of a window.

If the images do turn out to be AI-generated, it would not be the first time wedding-themed visuals of the couple have fooled the internet.
A day before the ceremony, comedian Bert Kreischer shared a spoof wedding photo featuring himself alongside Swift and Kelce. Posting it on Instagram, he joked that it captured the moment Jason Kelce called him over for a drink, writing, "The moment @jason.kelce called me over to the bar for a shot." Travis Kelce responded with a string of laughing emojis, adding to the online buzz.
