Bhojpuri superstar and politician Ravi Kishan is all set to participate in Alliance India, Prime Video’s new reality show. While the actor has previously explored the genre with Bigg Boss, this outing holds special significance as he will be entering the competition alongside his eldest daughter, Riva Kishan.
A source close to the show exclusively told India Today that the father-daughter duo share a strong bond and have long wanted to collaborate professionally. The reality show seemed like the perfect opportunity for them to begin that journey together.
Given that Alliance India will test the dynamics of family relationships and personal connections, both Ravi and Riva are said to be excited as well as nervous about taking on the challenge.

“While Ravi has experience with reality shows and is comfortable in front of the camera, Riva will bring a fresh energy to the format. It will also be interesting to see whether Ravi emerges as a protective father or a fierce competitor. This is definitely one of the most exciting pairings on the show,” the source added.
Riva made her acting debut in 2020 with Sab Kushal Mangal, which also starred Akshaye Khanna. Ravi, meanwhile, is riding high on the success of Maa Behen and will next be seen in Dhamaal 4.

Prime Video announced Alliance India on Tuesday and also unveiled actor Kunal Kemmu as the host. According to media reports, actors Kushal Tandon and Daisy Shah have also been finalised as contestants.

The reality series is adapted from a globally acclaimed format but has been reimagined on a significantly larger scale for Indian audiences. The show places contestants in a high-pressure environment where perception can be just as powerful as reality.
