The development was also confirmed by Hunar Hali's lawyer, Rugved More. He said, "Yes, the divorce proceedings have now been formally concluded. Today, the Hon'ble Family Court allowed Ms. Hunar Hali's petition and brought the matter to a legal close."
He added, "As is often the case in matrimonial disputes, there were certain issues relating to the divorce settlement that required resolution before the matter could be finalised." The report said that, after long discussions with legal experts, the couple arrived at an amicable resolution, following which the court granted the divorce and concluded the legal proceedings.
Hunar and Mayank got married in a gurdwara ceremony on August 28, 2019. It was an arranged match, with the two being introduced by their respective families.
