The Jammu and Kashmir Police’s State Investigation Agency is all set to file chargesheet in the TADA Court in Srinagar regarding the 1990 abduction, rape, and killing of Kashmiri Pandit nurse Sarla Bhat. India Today's Newstrack video coverage from 1990 has been cited as key evidence in the chargesheet. The agency has built a case naming five accused, including JKLF commander Yasin Malik. Of the five accused, three are deceased, one is absconding, and Yasin Malik is currently in Tihar Jail.
