Man sends woman's private pics to her fiance. She, her parents die by suicide
Rakshita, 21, was set to be married on June 24. However, the accused, Ullas Gowda, sent some photographs and messages of her to her fiance days before the wedding. This led to a confrontation with the groom's family, following which she and her parents consumed poison at home due to extreme distress.

A bunch of leaked photos and extreme distress that rose out of it turned wedding preparations into a tragedy in Karnataka's Mysuru district. A 21-year-old woman and her parents allegedly died by suicide on Monday, days before her wedding after a man, whom she had rejected earlier, sent her private photos to her fiance.
Rakshita was engaged and set to be married on June 24. However, Ullas Gowda, who had proposed to her in the past and was rejected in front of her parents, continued to harass the 21-year-old. He also pressured her parents, 44-year-old mother Nagaratna and 54-year-old father Shivanna.
On the night of June 21, the parents called Gowda and his parents to their house and warned him. Furthermore, they got some private photos and messages related to Rakshita deleted from his phone, a police officer told news agency PTI.
However, Gowda had allegedly retained some photos. Then, soon after returning home, he allegedly sent them to Rakshita's fiance. This riled up the groom and his family, who quickly arrived at the house of the bride. Police said that, soon after, the matter escalated.
Later, Rakshita and her parents allegedly consumed poison at their home in Kempainahundi village. The police said the family left a suicide note wherein they blamed Ullas Gowda for their deaths.
A case of abetment of suicide has been filed against Gowda, and he has been on the run since the incident, the police added. Further investigation into the matter is underway.
