TTV Dhinakaran's AMMK quits NDA in Tamil Nadu, cites betrayal and failed Delhi talks

He mentioned that he had waited for leaders from Delhi to make the right decision, but Union Minister Amit Shah's efforts did not prove fruitful. Dhinakaran also commented on actor-turned-politician Vijay's TVK party, suggesting it will have an impact on the 2026 elections and opening the door for a potential future alliance. This decision follows a period of feeling sidelined within the NDA, similar to sentiments expressed by O Panneerselvam, who also recently left the alliance.
