Caught on camera: Speeding car sends biker flying in fatal Hooghly crash

A speeding four-wheeler fatally struck a motorcyclist in a horrific road accident in West Bengal's Hooghly district, with the entire incident captured on CCTV. The victim had reportedly stopped to buy sweets and was attempting to cross the road when a speeding Maruti Suzuki Swift Dzire rammed into his bike. The impact was so severe that the rider was thrown nearly 300 feet, while the motorcycle remained lodged in the car and was dragged for a considerable distance. Police rushed to the spot, but the injured rider was declared dead at the hospital. The Swift Dzire has been seized, and an investigation is underway.
