Bollywood actor Riteish Deshmukh, son of former Maharashtra Chief Minister Vilasrao Deshmukh, is actively campaigning for his brothers, Amit and Dhiraj Deshmukh. Both brothers are contesting as Congress candidates for the Latur City and Latur Rural Assembly seats in the upcoming Maharashtra Assembly elections.
