NEET leak must be debated in Parliament, not on the streets: Harish Salve

Former Solicitor General Harish Salve said the NEET leak should be debated in Parliament rather than through street protests, criticised repeated disruptions to parliamentary proceedings, termed the Congress protest "narrative building", and urged voters to reject MPs who fail to attend or participate in Parliament.
