Loni assault case: Twitter India Head summoned to UP police station

The Uttar Pradesh police summoned Twitter India Managing Director Manish Maheshwari on Thursday, to question him over the viral video of the Gaziabad assault case. Police have also asked Twitter India's Resident Grievance Officer, Dharmendra Chatur, to report to them on the same day.

A case was filed against the Congress leaders and some journalists last week alleging that the tweets they shared on the assault case were misleading and provoking.
