A major landslide has struck the Balipara-Chariduar-Tawang (BCT) National Highway in Arunachal Pradesh, between Sapper Camp and Nyukmadung in Dirang. No casualties have been reported, though several vehicles were damaged by falling rocks. The Border Roads Organisation (BRO) has mobilised manpower and machinery to clear the debris, with restoration expected to continue overnight. Traffic has been disrupted, and commuters are advised to plan accordingly. BRO is working to ensure safe and swift reopening of the highway.
