PM Modi to participate in Bengal Foundation Day celebrations

Prime Minister Narendra Modi will visit West Bengal on a two-day trip tomorrow to participate in the state's foundation day celebrations and launch key development projects. During the visit, the Prime Minister will dedicate and lay foundation stones for various central schemes spanning railways, agriculture, rural development, and fisheries. The visit includes participating in the official commemoration of West Bengal Day on June 20 in Hooghly, marking a shift to official state celebration of the historical date. Additionally, the Prime Minister will participate in the International Yoga Day celebrations along with thousands of people at Red Road in Kolkata on June 21, signalling a new era of central scheme implementation in the state.
