While the Ahmed Khan directorial has opened to mixed reviews, the film managed to post a solid Day 1 figure at the box office, registering a better opening than the actor's recent releases Bhooth Bangla and Jolly LLB 3.
According to the trade website Sacnilk, Welcome To The Jungle has wrapped up its first day with a worldwide gross collection of Rs 29 crore. The film earned Rs 6.50 crore in overseas markets, while its India gross collection stood at Rs 22.50 crore.
At the domestic box office, the third installment of the Welcome franchise collected Rs 15 crore nett on its opening day across 10,892 shows. The film's India nett collection currently stands at Rs 18.75 crore.
