Actor Alia Bhatt has shared a high-intensity gym video to promote Alpha (2026), while announcing that advance bookings for the YRF Spy Universe film are now open. The post drew attention online, with fans calling her ‘Alpha mama’ as the film continues to build momentum ahead of its release.

In the clip from her morning gym session, Alia is seen doing boxing drills, strength training and functional exercises. She captioned the post, “Alpha morning routine with fire & rage (fire and punch emojis) advanced booking open now (sic)!” The video also caught attention for its background music, which is believed to be from Alpha.

A fan commented, "Nomi Nomi alpha yummy mommie (sic)." Another fan wrote, "Jabardast (sic)."

A user also commented, "the song sounds sooo good (sic)." A fan wrote, "And she has a child (sic)."

Earlier, Alia and her co-actor Sharvari had also shared a workout video on social media. In that clip, the two were seen training in coordinated gym outfits and going through an intense circuit that included boxing drills and tyre workouts.

Directed by Shiv Rawail, Alpha is the first female-led film in the YRF Spy Universe. Apart from Alia and Sharvari, the action thriller features actor Bobby Deol as the antagonist. The film also features Anil Kapoor in a pivotal role as the Research and Analysis Wing (RAW) chief. Actor Hrithik Roshan also made a brief appearance in the film's trailer. He is set to reprise his character Kabir Dhaliwal from War 2 (2025).

The film has also been in the news after receiving a UA 16+ certificate from the Central Board of Film Certification. Reports said the CBFC suggested multiple edits before granting approval, including muting certain expletives and trimming or modifying some violent sequences, including stabbing-related scenes.

Alpha is set for a theatrical release on July 3, 2026.
