Ladies & Ladies: Yash's Toxic puts its women front and centre in new promo
The makers of Toxic: A Fairytale for Grown-Ups have unveiled the new teaser Ladies & Ladies, shifting the focus to the film's women. Besides Yash, it stars Nayanthara, Tara Sutaria, Rukmini Vasanth, Kiara Advani and Huma Qureshi.

The makers of Toxic: A Fairytale for Grown-Ups have dropped a new promotional video, Ladies & Ladies, claiming to shift the spotlight to the women who drive the film's story. The teaser features Nayanthara, Kiara Advani, Tara Sutaria, Rukmini Vasanth and Huma Qureshi, while also teasing Yash's return in an action-packed avatar.
While the promo foregrounds its female cast, it offers little insight into who these women are or what role they play in the narrative.
Apart from a series of stylised shots and fleeting glimpses, the characters are largely introduced through their appearance rather than their actions or motivations. A female voice-over adds an air of mystery, but the teaser ultimately circles back to Yash, positioning him as the central force of the film.

The video opens with an unconventional disclaimer that immediately sets the mood: "Kids stay away. Parents make sure your kids stay away. Grandparents make sure your kids' kids stay away. Great Grandparents... at your own risk." The tongue-in-cheek warning reinforces the makers' attempt to position Toxic as an edgy, adult-oriented cinematic experience.
Directed by Geetu Mohandas, Toxic: A Fairytale for Grown-Ups stars Yash alongside Nayanthara, Kiara Advani, Tara Sutaria, Rukmini Vasanth and Huma Qureshi.
The film has been shot simultaneously in Kannada and English, and will also release in dubbed versions across Hindi, Telugu, Tamil and Malayalam.
Backed by KVN Productions and Monster Mind Creations, the film is scheduled for a worldwide theatrical release on August 26, 2026.
