Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath visited the site of the devastating fire in Lucknow's Aliganj area on Monday evening and reviewed the situation firsthand. According to an official statement, the Chief Minister reached the spot at around 6:15 pm and inspected the building where the blaze had claimed several lives. Additional Chief Secretary (Home) Sanjay Prasad and senior police officials accompanied him during the visit.

Following the site inspection, the Chief Minister visited King George's Medical University (KGMU), where he met five injured victims undergoing treatment and enquired about their condition. He directed hospital authorities and officials to ensure that all those injured receive the best possible medical care.
