She cut her unforced errors in half in the second set of this match. She had committed 16 of them in the first set, including a quadruple of double faults. She has fixed that part and found the fifth gear.

Germany's Jan-Lennard Struff has done exceedingly well to hold his serve. He now leads the second set 5-4. With Sinner to serve, could Struff hold the defending champion off and level this quarter-final match after two sets?

Sinner has been frustrated at times today, and one can imagine that things will feel tentative when he serves to save this set.
