Wow, what a clinical game from Jannik Sinner.

Remember that he nearly got knocked out in the very first round Wimbledon this year. Playing against World No. 50 Miomir Kecmanovic, Sinner was down two sets to one. The Italian put in a terrific fightback in the final two sets, sealing the victory on June 29, and since then he has not dropped a set.

Fery's beautiful volley saves the game for him, but despite that brief heroics, Fery is down 3-4 in the third set. He was broken by Zverev a little back.

Alexander Zverev has struck the first blow in the third set, breaking Arthur Fery’s serve to move 3-2 ahead and take another significant step towards the Wimbledon final.

The German earned the crucial break point and made no mistake, sealing it in style with a powerful forehand winner.

Fery has shown tremendous fight throughout this semi-final, especially in the opening set, but Zverev’s relentless pressure is beginning to take its toll.
