Nothing has expanded its smartphone portfolio in India with the launch of the Phone 4b, the first device in its new B series. Starting at Rs 29,999, the smartphone aims to bring the Nothing experience to more buyers without pushing into premium pricing. It comes with Qualcomm's Snapdragon 6 Gen 4 chipset, the redesigned Glyph Bar, a 6000mAh battery for the Indian market and Android 16-based Nothing OS 4.1.

New Glyph Bar design: The Phone 4b introduces Nothing's new Glyph Bar, replacing the traditional Glyph Interface with a compact strip of 45 mini LEDs. The new Glyph Bar isn't just for looks. It can display timers, charging progress, delivery tracking, camera countdowns and custom notifications, making it a handy visual alert system.
Snapdragon 6 Gen 4 with vapour chamber cooling: Powering the Phone 4b is Qualcomm's Snapdragon 6 Gen 4 chipset. Nothing says the processor delivers improved CPU and GPU performance over its predecessor, while a large vapour chamber cooling system helps keep temperatures under control during gaming and demanding workloads.
Biggest battery on a Nothing phone: The India version of the 4b comes with a 6000mAh battery, making it the largest battery ever fitted inside a Nothing smartphone. According to the company, it supports up to 18 hours of mixed usage and can charge from 1 to 50 per cent in around 27 minutes.
50-megapixel camera: The Phone 4b features a 50-megapixel Samsung main camera with optical image stabilisation, paired with an 8-megapixel ultra-wide camera. It also supports 4K video recording, Ultra XDR imaging co-developed with Google and Dual Video Recording using the front and rear cameras simultaneously.
Nothing OS 4.1 with Essential AI: Nothing 4b is running Android 16-based Nothing OS 4.1, and includes AI-powered features such as Essential Voice, Essential Search and Essential Space. It gets Live Updates, the new Soundscape widget, three Android OS upgrades and six years of security updates.

The Nothing Phone 4b has been launched in India at a starting price of Rs 34,999 for the 8GB/128GB variant, while the 8GB/256GB model is priced at Rs 38,999. With bank offers, you can buy the Phone 4b's 128GB model for Rs 29,999, while the 256GB variant would cost you Rs 33,699.
The smartphone comes in three colour options: Black, White and Blue. Nothing has also introduced a special limited edition RCB Edition, which features red accents and a customised design inspired by the franchise.
The Nothing Phone 4b will go on sale in India starting July 14 via Flipkart and leading retail stores. The Phone 4b RCB edition is available via a limited drop at the company's Bengaluru store on July 7.
