A few months ago, we reviewed the Samsung Galaxy S26 Plus. During our review, we loved the S26 Plus; its big screen, cutting-edge chipset and powerful cameras won’t fail to make you go wow. But one thing that strongly held us back was its price point. The price back then was closer to the S26 Ultra, which made things a bit confusing. But things have changed now. The Galaxy S26 Plus is currently available at a shockingly low price with additional offers on top, and at this point, it is surely too hard to ignore.

But before we talk of the deal, a few words about the device. Samsung Galaxy S26 Plus sits in the premium flagship segment of the brand, which was launched this February. The device bridges the gap between the standard S26 and the S26 Ultra.

The Samsung Galaxy S26 Plus is currently listed on Amazon for Rs 84,999, a massive discount from its original launch price. The smartphone was launched at Rs 1,19,999. This means you are getting a flat discount of Rs 35,000. But there’s more. If you’re an Amazon Pay ICICI Bank credit card holder, you can receive a cashback of Rs 2,549, bringing the effective price of the device down to Rs 82,450.

Amazon is also offering an exchange discount of up to Rs 36,050. So, suppose you have an iPhone 13, in exchange, you can fetch the exchange value of up to Rs 23,150. In other words, you can get a Galaxy S26 Plus as low as Rs 61,849. However, it's worth noting that the final exchange value will depend on the condition and model of your old smartphone.

The Samsung Galaxy S26 Plus features a 6.7-inch Dynamic LTPO AMOLED 2X display with a 120Hz refresh rate, HDR10+ support, and up to 2600 nits peak brightness. It is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass Victus 2, along with an anti-scratch coating for improved durability.

Under the hood, the Galaxy S26 Plus has Samsung’s Exynos 2600 processor in India. It comes with up to 12GB RAM and 512GB storage and runs Android 16 with Samsung’s One UI 8.5.

For photography, the Galaxy S26 Plus comes with a triple rear camera setup. It includes a 50-megapixel primary sensor with OIS, a 12-megapixel ultra-wide camera, and a 10-megapixel telephoto lens with 3x optical zoom and OIS. On the front, there is a 12-megapixel selfie camera with support for 4K video recording.

The device packs a 4,900mAh battery with support for 45W wired charging, which can charge up to 69 per cent in around 30 minutes. It also supports 20W wireless charging and reverse wireless charging.

In terms of design, the Galaxy S26 Plus comes with a premium build featuring a glass body, an aluminium frame, and an IP68 rating for dust and water resistance.
