They can also keep replies paused while the system continues learning from conversations, and they can enable or remove the AI from individual chats whenever they want.
If a business decides to reply manually, the AI stops generating responses in that chat unless the business unmutes it or turns AI replies back on. Meta said businesses will receive a notification if Meta Business Agent determines that a customer needs attention.
