Amidst the deteriorating air quality in north India, a video went viral on Saturday showing a group of men bursting firecrackers on the roof of a moving car in Chandigarh. The incident unfolded on Thursday, October 31, in Chandigarh where firecrackers were seen setting off from the roof of a black Scorpio car. After the video went viral on social media, the Chandigarh Police took note of it and promised action against the accused. Several cities in north India, including Chandigarh, witnessed a spike in AQI levels after the fireworks on Diwali.
