Lost your NTA scorecard? Testing agency explains how to get a duplicate copy
The National Testing Agency has set out the procedure for candidates seeking duplicate scorecards, asking them to submit Annexure-I with supporting documents by email or post. Like a roadmap for missing records, the notice makes verification central before any duplicate is reissued.
In a major relief for candidates, the National Testing Agency (NTA) has issued guidelines for those seeking a duplicate copy of their scorecard. All the eligible candidates can apply for re-issuance by following the prescribed procedure and submitting the required documents for verification.
Candidates seeking a duplicate scorecard must first download Annexure-I of the NTA notification dated September 17, 2026. They are required to fill in all the details mentioned in the prescribed format and attach the necessary documents and enclosures listed in the public notice.
Once the application form has been completed, candidates can submit their request to NTA through email. The application and supporting documents can be sent to [email protected] for processing.
Candidates can also submit their applications through Registered Post or Speed Post. Those opting for postal submission can send the completed application form along with the required supporting documents to the Director (Examinations), National Testing Agency, 5th Floor, Government of India Press Building, Minto Road, New Delhi – 110002.
NTA DUPLICATE SCORECARD ISSUANCE
NTA has clarified that duplicate scorecards will be issued only after candidates complete the prescribed procedure and the agency verifies the relevant records.
Candidates are advised to carefully go through the public notice before submitting their applications. They should ensure that the application form is duly filled in and that all the required documents and enclosures are attached.
