Fatehabad Assembly Constituency
Fatehabad is a district in the Indian state of Haryana. It was carved out from Hisar district on July 15, 1997. The district comprises one Lok Sabha constituency, Sirsa, which it shares with Jind district. Fatehabad district is divided into three sub-divisions, three tehsils, and three sub-tehsils.
According to the 2011 Census, Fatehabad district spans an area of 2,538 square kilometers and has a population of 942,011. The population density is 371 persons per square kilometer. From 2001 to 2011, the population growth rate was 16.79%. The sex ratio in the district is 903 females per 1,000 males, and the literacy rate stands at 69.1%. As of 2019, the total number of voters in the constituency, including general, overseas, proxy, and postal voters, is 184,523.
In 1972, Tohana sub-tehsil was upgraded to a tehsil. By the end of 1978, Hisar district, which then included Fatehabad, had 486 villages, with 166 villages in the Fatehabad tehsils. Fatehabad became an independent district on July 15, 1997, and now includes three sub-divisions, three tehsils, and three sub-tehsils.

- BJP: Dura Ram Bishnoi received 77,369 votes (Winner)
- JJP: Dr. Virendra Siwach received 74,069 votes
- Congress: Prahlad Singh Gillan Khera received 20,898 votes
2014 Assembly Election Results:
- INLD: Balwan Singh Daulatpuria received 60,539 votes (Winner)
- HJC (BL): Dura Ram Bishnoi received 57,034 votes
- BJP: Swatanter Bala Chaudhary received 27,305 votes
