A video has surfaced capturing a woman’s heart-wrenching reaction in the immediate aftermath of the building collapse in Delhi’s Satya Niketan, which claimed the lives of at least six people. The clip was recorded from a residential building directly across the street from the PG hostel that collapsed. The woman filming can be heard crying uncontrollably as she says, "Kitne saare bacche hain... God... Hamare saamne hi ho gayi poori dharashayi... Oh God...Hum kahan reh rahe hain (There are so many children... God... It completely collapsed right in front of us... Oh God...Where are we living)." Satya Niketan, located near Delhi University’s South Campus, has a significant population of students who live in rented accommodations and PGs there.

The death toll in Sunday’s PG hostel collapse rose to six after one more person rescued during overnight operations was brought dead, officials said. Eleven people have been rescued so far, while around 30-50 students are feared trapped under the rubble.
