An explosion occurred at an under-construction residential building in Bengaluru's Fraser Town, Pulakeshi Nagar area, injuring two construction workers. The incident took place around 2:30 PM when the workers, identified as Suraj and Alauddin, discovered a suspicious abandoned bag lying on the road. Believing it might contain valuable items during the festive period, they carried the bag up to the fourth floor of the six-storey building. Police personnel and forensic teams rushed to the site, where investigators recovered batteries and wires commonly associated with improvised explosive devices. The materials recovered from the spot have been dispatched to the Forensic Science Laboratory for chemical analysis.
