The report highlights that immunotherapy is not universally applicable and works for specific cancer types depending on genetic and clinical factors. Medical experts also debunked claims regarding veterinary dewormer fenbendazole as a buried cure, noting the lack of controlled human clinical trials and the absence of regulatory approvals from global health bodies. Furthermore, claims regarding sulfur-rich vegetables curing tumours were clarified as chemo-prevention and risk reduction research rather than proven substitutes for oncology care. Health authorities emphasise that personal anecdotes and lab-level dietary studies should not replace evidence-based cancer treatment.

The Ministry of External Affairs has officially distanced itself from the controversy surrounding the Eiffel Tower in relation to the opening of a temple by the BAPS Sanstha in the Paris area. In an official statement, the ministry noted that it is aware of the temple opening in Paris. However, regarding the specific issue pertaining to the tower, the Ministry of External Affairs stated that it is a matter purely between the entities concerned, declining further comment on the entire matter.

Following the Satya Niketan building collapse in Delhi that claimed seven lives, students residing in adjoining buildings are being forced to evacuate after cracks appeared in their accommodation. Students report that landlords are refusing to refund their security deposits if they vacate before their 11-month rental agreements conclude. The Municipal Corporation of Delhi is shifting students' belongings out of adjacent unsafe buildings. Due to limited hostel capacity across Delhi University colleges, students remain heavily reliant on private paying guest facilities and rented rooms. In response, student organisations including NSUI, ABVP, and left groups are staging protests demanding student hostels and compensation for the families of the victims.

The tightly packed building housed numerous students and young residents in cramped rooms along narrow corridors. Ongoing construction work was underway in the basement, where narrow and exposed concrete pillars bore the load of multiple upper floors. Weak basement support structures coupled with heavy rain led to the sudden structural failure, causing the entire building to crash down into a heap of debris within seconds.
