A 48-year-old software engineer, Virender Dwivedi, died after being struck by a speeding car during his morning run in Pune. The incident occurred around 7:00 am on the road connecting Pashan to Savitribai Phule Pune University. The victim sustained severe head injuries and was taken to a hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries.
