The stationary police vehicle reportedly blocked an ambulance carrying a pregnant woman, prompting workers to move the vehicle aside to clear the path. Details of the second First Information Report filed against Swatantra Bhardwaj have been accessed. The FIR includes Section 78 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita for stalking, Section 79 for insulting the modesty of women, Section 351 for criminal intimidation, Section 12 of the POCSO Act for sexual harassment of a child, and Section 67 of the Information Technology Act. The Delhi Police added these sections following legal advice. All the invoked sections in the second FIR constitute bailable offences, meaning immediate arrest is not mandatory under the law as punishments do not exceed seven years.
