Video: Siya Goyal's brother questions lawyer's role, reveals cancelled Bali trip

Ahead of a court hearing in the alleged murder of Pune-based realtor Ketan Agarwal, accused Siya Goyal's brother, Sahil Goyal, on Monday raised questions over the role of advocate Aashutosh Srivastava, claiming he was never the family's lawyer and alleging that Siya's signature may have been obtained "by deceit".

Speaking to India Today, Sahil also confirmed that the family had planned a trip to Bali with Ketan. However, he said the trip was cancelled after Ketan's passport went missing. "Yes, the trip was planned, but it had to be cancelled because of the passport," he said.
