Samantha Ruth Prabhu's fans have been flooding her with baby-name suggestions as the actor continues to document her pregnancy through videos and photos on social media. One particular name, Samraj, got a cheeky reality check from the mom-to-be. The actor, who is expecting her first child with husband Raj Nidimoru, shared a series of pregnancy pictures on Sunday, prompting fans to flood the comments with name suggestions.

Samantha’s photo dump featured her flaunting her pregnancy glow in one slide and her baby bump in others. Several users flooded the comments with affectionate messages, including, “Our little bub is growing day by day.”

One suggestion caught the actor’s attention in particular. A fan proposed “Samaira” for a girl and “Samaraj” for a boy, combining Samantha and Raj’s names. Samantha, clearly amused, replied, “SAMRAJ. A tad full of ourselves, don’t you think?”, along with a laughing emoji.

Ever since announcing her pregnancy during the promotions of Maa Inti Bangaram, the actor has been giving fans regular glimpses into her pregnancy journey, from baby-bump pictures to candid updates about the changes that come with it. She also shared a mirror selfie on her Instagram Story, showing off her pregnancy glow and joking, “I’d like to keep the skin and hair, please.”

Samantha is currently on maternity leave and has continued to document bits of her routine, including her workouts, while preparing for motherhood.

Samantha recently hosted an Ask Me Anything session on Instagram, where she opened up about everything from shopping for the baby to weight gain.

Before inviting questions from fellow moms-to-be and new mothers, she wrote, “Bought all the baby things. Now intimidated by all the baby things. So far, the laptop stand.”

When a fan spoke about gaining weight during pregnancy, Samantha responded candidly, “I feel ya. 11 kg already.”

Another woman advised her to get as much sleep as possible, warning that life would change once the baby arrived. “Your life is going to change and there is no turning back,” the fan wrote.

Samantha and Raj are expecting their first child in December, although an official due date has not been announced.
