Delhi Police have arrested a bus driver and conductor for allegedly gang-raping a 17-year-old minor inside a moving bus. The victim was picked up near Pari Chowk, assaulted inside the vehicle, and subsequently dropped near Ring Road in the Kashmiri Gate area of Delhi.
