First he cheats, then calls: Old video shows Siya abusing on phone while partying
An old video has surfaced showing Siya Goyal drinking at a pub and using abusive language during a heated phone call, in which she is heard saying, "First he cheats on me, then he calls me."

Siya Goyal, prime accused in the murder of her fiance Ketan Agarwal in Pune, has once again come under the spotlight after an old video surfaced showing her drinking at a pub and engaging in a heated phone conversation.
The clip, purportedly recorded in December 2025, shows Siya inside a nightclub holding what appears to be a beer bottle while speaking on the phone. During the conversation, she can be heard using abusive language and saying, "First he cheats on me, then he calls me."
The video has gone viral on social media, drawing fresh attention to the high-profile murder investigation.
Several other videos and photographs of Siya and co-accused Chetan Chaudhary have also resurfaced online. In one such clip, the two were seen watching a cricket league match together before the crime.
The case has remained in the national spotlight since Pune-based realtor Ketan Agarwal was allegedly pushed to his death from a cliff at Lohagad Fort in Pune district on June 18. The couple was engaged and was scheduled to marry in November this year.
Police have accused Siya Goyal and her partner, Chetan Chaudhary, of conspiring to kill Ketan Agarwal. Both were arrested after the incident and have been remanded to police custody till July 3 as investigators continue to examine multiple aspects of the case.
Meanwhile, Siya's father, Praveen Goyal, on Wednesday maintained that he had no prior knowledge of his daughter's relationship with Chaudhary and said he would have reconsidered the marriage had he known.
“I have absolutely no information about this case. Had I known anything, I would have taken some action. I would have spoken to the concerned person and perhaps reconsidered the relationship if such information had come to me. But not even one percent of such a thing ever came to my notice,” he told India Today TV after nearly 12 hours of questioning by Pune Police.
Praveen Goyal further said the horoscopes of Siya and Ketan had been matched before their engagement, with Ketan's family informing him that 27-28 gunas had matched.
“The other side had asked for Sia’s birth chart, so I provided it. Later, they informed me that 27-28 qualities (gunas) matched and that they approved of the match,” he said. As per Hindu beliefs, in the 36-point Ashtakoot system, scores between 26 and 32 indicate strong alignment.
He also dismissed reports that the two families had discussed another marriage alliance involving his son and Ketan Agarwal's sister, calling the claims baseless. “No, absolutely not. Nothing of that sort exists in our family. There is no such custom or practice,” he said.
Responding to allegations involving lawyer Ashutosh Srivastava, he denied ever hiring or meeting the advocate, saying neither he nor any family member had formally engaged his services.
“My daughter may have signed some documents that were presented to her, but beyond that, we never hired him,” he said.
