While most 14-year-olds are deciding what to do after school, Jainam Jain has already done something many entrepreneurs spend years dreaming about. He has built an artificial intelligence startup with an office on the 141st floor of Dubai's Burj Khalifa.

According to the official website, he is Dubai’s youngest AI founder.

The Indian-origin teenager is the founder of Mengo Engine, an AI platform designed to help businesses automate marketing, customer engagement, sales and content creation. His journey has recently gone viral online, but according to Jainam, it began long before artificial intelligence became the world's favourite buzzword.

A BUSINESS LESSON AT SIX

Speaking to Curly Tales Middle East, Jainam said his first lesson in entrepreneurship came when he was just six years old.

"I was just six when my dad took me to my first ever business meeting," he recalled. That early exposure sparked a curiosity that only grew stronger with time. Rather than limiting himself to classroom learning, he started understanding how businesses worked by meeting people, attending events and taking on personal challenges.

At 13, he completed his IGCSE Class 10 examinations in just 105 days, choosing an unconventional learning path that gave him more time to pursue his entrepreneurial ambitions.

BUILDING MORE THAN JUST A STARTUP

Mengo Engine aims to become what Jainam describes as an "AI co-founder" for businesses, helping companies simplify tasks ranging from marketing and lead management to newsletters and customer communication. The platform is currently in beta, with businesses already waiting to use it.

His achievements do not stop there.

Jainam has delivered a TEDx talk, holds two patents with more in the pipeline, written a book and built a YouTube community with over 145,000 subscribers. Behind those milestones, however, lies a simple habit: consistency.

Since the age of 10, he has challenged himself to complete a series of "50-day challenges", reading 50 books, attending 50 networking events and travelling nearly 6,000 kilometres across India to meet entrepreneurs and learn from them.

THINKING BIG, STARTING EARLY

What stands out about Jainam is not just the Burj Khalifa office, it is the way he thinks about learning.

His story suggests that education today is no longer confined to classrooms. Curiosity, conversations and practical experiences have played just as important a role in shaping his journey.

And despite the attention his achievements have received, Jainam's ambitions remain firmly fixed on the future.

In his conversation with Curly Tales Middle East, he said he dreams of building a unicorn company that creates global impact, proving that age does not have to define the size of one's ambitions.

For most teenagers, 14 is the age of discovering interests.

For Jainam Jain, it is the age of building a business, with one of the world's most recognisable skylines outside his office window.
