Chetan's hoodie switch, tea stop, prepped answers for cops: What probe revealed
Police sources said Chetan Chaudhary changed his appearance at Lohagad Fort before and after Ketan Agarwal was allegedly pushed into the valley. Investigators also claim he and Siya Goyal prepared for questioning and deleted WhatsApp chats under forensic review.

The investigation into the alleged murder of Ketan Agarwal at Lohagad Fort has revealed new details about the actions of accused Chetan Chaudhary before and after the incident, according to police sources.
Investigators claim that Chetan changed his appearance on the fort to avoid being identified by police and other visitors. According to the probe, Chetan reached Lohagad wearing a hoodie and with his face covered. Police sources said he allegedly followed Siya Goyal and Ketan towards the fort before removing the hoodie and placing it inside his backpack.
Investigators suspect Chetan took this precaution because Ketan had earlier interacted with him twice over video calls as Siya's close friend. Police believe that if Chetan's face had remained visible, Ketan might have recognised him.
According to the investigation, after Ketan was pushed into the valley, Chetan put the hoodie back on, returned to his earlier appearance and came down from the fort as if nothing had happened. Police sources said he interacted with people while descending and later stopped for tea before returning home.
The probe has also revealed that Siya and Chetan allegedly anticipated police questioning and prepared responses in advance. According to police sources, the duo allegedly searched online for possible questions they could face during the investigation and the punishment for such an offence.
Investigators further claim that after returning home following the Lohagad incident, Siya and Chetan remained in contact through WhatsApp. Police sources said the two allegedly deleted several messages exchanged between them, and investigators are now attempting to recover the data through forensic analysis.
According to police sources, Siya and Chetan were allegedly careful about what information remained on their phones and what was removed as part of the ongoing investigation into Ketan Agarwal's death.
