According to reporter Mir Fareed, 'the Molvi Irfan is said to be the person who radicalized these people. He was at the center of this white collar module of the JASH.'

Delhi Teen Gang-Raped In Park, Police Encounter Near LSR Spark Safety Outcry

A 17-year-old girl was allegedly gang-raped at gunpoint by three men posing as police officers inside Astha Kunj Park near Kalkaji Mandir in Delhi on 21 September. The victim had visited the temple with a male friend before entering the Delhi Development Authority managed park. Following a police complaint, accused Asif was arrested after being shot in the leg during an encounter near the back gate of Lady Shri Ram College, while co-accused Hemant and Mukesh were also apprehended. Locals pointed out severe security lapses at the park, including missing CCTV cameras, broken or open gates, poor lighting, and absence of active security guards. In response to the proximity of the encounter and escalating safety concerns, LSR suspended offline classes and advised students and staff to avoid the back gate.
