The Enforcement Directorate has approached the Kerala DGP seeking a criminal case against former Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan, his daughter Veena, and son-in-law Mohammed Riyaz in connection with the Cochin Minerals and Rutile Limited bribery case.
