Rhea Chakraborty is an Indian actress and a Video Jockey who was born on July 1, 1992, in Bangalore. She first appeared as a VJ on MTV India.
Chakraborty is the daughter of Indrajit Chakraborty (a retired Indian Army Officer) and Sandhya Chakraborty. The actress has a younger brother Showik Chakraborty and she completed her schooling at Army Public School Ambala Cantt in Haryana.
Rhea made her acting debut with a Telugu movie 'Tuneega Tuneega' in 2012. Chakraborty stepped into Hindi films and was seen in 'Mere Dad ki Maruti' in 2013 where she played the character of Jasleen. The actress was seen in Ayushmann Khurrana's music video 'O Heeriye' in 2013 and also graced the cover of famous Indian magazines.
