Tourism, Culture and Cinema Minister P C Vishnunath announced that the final will be screened at Kairali-Sree Theatre Complexes in Thiruvananthapuram and Kozhikode, both operated by the Kerala State Film Development Corporation (KSFDC).

The decision comes after requests from football fans who wanted to experience the World Cup final together in a theatre atmosphere.

The final will be screened live at regular ticket rates, allowing football lovers to watch the match on the big screen alongside fellow fans.
