Actor Rashmika Mandanna has sparked fresh curiosity around Vijay Deverakonda's Ranabaali avatar with a cryptic tease. While revealing very little, the actor described what the team is creating as extremely scary, adding to the buzz surrounding Vijay's transformation and the film.

Rashmika shared a blurred still of Vijay Deverakonda from the sets of Ranabaali on her Instagram Story. While the image revealed very little, it was her caption that became the talking point. Vijay was quick to respond. Re-sharing Rashmika's story, he affectionately called her a "cutie" before playfully disagreeing with her description. "Not scary - divine :))," he wrote, hinting that audiences could be in for something far more mythical than terrifying.

The exchange has further fuelled discussions surrounding Vijay's character, whose transformation has remained one of the biggest talking points ever since Ranabaali was announced.

The latest post has also led to speculation over whether the still is from the film's much-talked-about climax or another key sequence. Earlier, director Rahul Sankrityan revealed that the climactic face-off between Vijay and Hollywood actor Arnold Vosloo took 16 days to shoot. Calling it the film's highlight, he said the sequence is driven as much by drama as action.
