The Virat V1 and Virat V1 5G share a similar design language. Both phones get a rectangular frame, and plastic backs. While the standard Virat V1 opts for a square-ish camera module with two outlines that separate the sensors, the Virat V1 5G takes a different approach. The 5G phone comes with an asymmetrical cut in the camera module that helps give it a distinctive look.
The Lava Virat V1 5G also comes with an asymmetrical pattern on the back that may make the device stand out. The base Virat V1 has a more subtle matte finish.
On the front, the Virat V1 5G features a 6.75-inch HD Plus IPS LCD panel with a 120Hz refresh rate. The 4G Virat V1 also has a 6.75-inch IPS display but with a 90Hz refresh rate.
Both phones come with an IP64 rating for dust and splash resistance, along with a headphone jack. The Virat V1 5G weighs just about 210 grams, with a thickness of 8.75mm. The 4G Virat V1 has a thickness of 8.5mm.
