Drishyam: The Conclusion is the biggest opener for Ajay Devgn.

Singham Again (2024) was Ajay's biggest opener at the Indian box office at Rs 43.5 crore. Drishyam 3 surpassed that figure by miles.

It is also one of the fastest Bollywood films to enter the Rs 50 crore nett club in India. The Abhishek Pathak directorial is the fourth film to have quickly entered the Rs 50 crore nett club - only after Dhurandhar 2, Pushpa 2 and Jawan - all of which crossed the Rs 50 crore mark on the first day itself.

Fastest Rs 50 crore nett Hindi club:

This has also emerged as the biggest film in the entire franchise - Hindi and Malayalam combined. None of the previous Drishyam films, whether in Hindi or Malayalam, recorded an opening of over Rs 60 crore, let alone the staggering opening weekend nearing Rs 300 crore worldwide.

The Monday projections for the film are also high. Early trade estimates suggest that the film will pass the Monday test at the box office, with another strong day expected as it continues to collect in double digits on Day 4.

Drishyam: The Conclusion ends Salgaonkar's battle against the Goa police, who are trying to establish that he hid a boy's body - the son of IGP Meera Deshmukh. While the original cast remains the same, new actors have joined the third instalment, including Jaideep Ahlawat, Prakash Raj and Akashdeep Sabir.
