As they crossed Ahilyabai Chowk, the motorcycle reportedly lost balance while taking a turn and skidded on the road.
At the same moment, a goods truck bearing registration number MH 10 CR 4199, travelling towards Morgaon, approached from behind and ran over the fallen motorcycle.
The video of the incident, which has now circulated widely, captures the motorcycle slipping during the turn and falling onto the road.
Within seconds, the truck reaches the spot and passes over the two-wheeler before coming to a halt, leaving bystanders stunned.
The footage has intensified public concern over road safety and heavy vehicle movement on the stretch.
Police said the impact was severe and both brothers succumbed to their injuries instantly.
